Wir freuen uns Victoria Madjar (Vic) aus New York bei uns auf der Matte begrüßen zu dürfen. Victoria unterrichtet als International Guest Teacher an folgenden Terminen bei Power Yoga Institute:

About Victoria “Vic”
Growing up in Germany I began my yoga journey at PYG in 2011, learning from Andrea and Dirk. In 2016, I decided moved to New York and started working as a Health Coach realizing that living healthy is more than “green smoothies” and exercising, but actually centered around mental and emotional balance.
Today, I take pride in my lifestyle as being a Vegan Yogi who has developed a 100% plant based and eco conscious lifestyle, which sprouted from 8 years of self-study through yoga. As someone who has a strong passion and love for the environment and animals, I believe that the human body resonates at the same frequency as mother earth. It should be our obligation to give back to her, but since she operates in congruence to our vibration, I believe we have to give back to ourselves and be one with each other in first place. My creative heart is filled with passion and consistent drive to help people lead a healthier lifestyle through reconnecting with the divine self, nature and all living creatures – qualities that I am happy to bring to people all around the globe!
I have spent the last five years practicing yoga at various yoga center and found my second home at Laughing Lotus NY. I recently graduated from the 200-hr yoga teaching training and under mentorship of Felipe Gonzales, Deb Langley and Dana Trixxie Flynn at Laughing Lotus this spring.
My vinyasa flow sequences are designed by the chakras, that helps you open and balance your energy centers. While the entire class will flow through all the chakras, each time we will focus on one in particular, so that we can get deeper into the themes of the center. My intent is to design sequences which can help you breathe, move and strengthen from the inside out. You will experience moves at a certain rhythm and have a musical and creative element which adds fun to functionality for a well-rounded practice
